Stop Abuse @ Virginia Tech

The Office of Judicial Affairs

The Office of Judicial Affairs adjudicates all cases of non-academic student misconduct. These cases include incidents of sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking and cyberstalking. A judicial referral can be filed by any member of the university community (student, non-student, faculty member, police officer, etc.) who has first-hand knowledge of a potential violation of university policy involving a Virginia Tech student. We are always available to answer any questions about filing a judicial referral and can be reached in our office at 108 Dietrick Hall, by email at judicial@vt.edu, or at 540-231-3790.
